Beach Club


REQUIREMENTS FOR BEACH CLUB USE

Rentals are limited to Sea Colony Owners only. The Sea Colony owner must be present during the entire rental period and is responsible for all actions and damages surrounding the event.

1. Beach Club cannot be exclusively reserved and rental area is limited to the covered pavilion. Use of the pool is permitted, but is not included in rental agreement. Please confine all activities and supplies to rental area.
2. Depositor is responsible for obtaining event insurance. Policy amount should be for no less than one million dollars. Proof of insurance is required and must be provided ten (10) days prior to event date.
3. There is a maximum of 30 individuals per reservation. A minimum of 4 adults that are 21 years old or older are to be in attendance at the event for supervision. 
4. Available on a first-come/first-serve basis upon receipt of a completed application and a $200.00 security deposit made payable to Sea Colony Neighborhood Association, Inc.
5. Depositor is responsible for complete clean up and removal of trash immediately after the event. 
6. Deposit is to cover any lack of clean up and any property damage. The depositor is responsible for any damage over $200.00. Depositor is to receive approval of clean-up and property damage.
7. All activities are subject to current restrictions/no alcoholic beverages allowed.
8. Parking is limited to the pool area parking lot only. Parking in the street is prohibited.
